The prices below are for 7 night hire and long weekend hire of a Volkswagen campervan - for alternative rental days and rental periods please call us on 01767 600440 for a price quote.
To garage your own vehicle with us during your hire, or to be met at a train station local to ourselves (Baldock, Biggleswade, Ashwell) is free of charge.

PRICES ARE FOR 7 NIGHTS
FRIDAY AFTERNOON TO FRIDAY MORNING
Prices INCLUDE UK insurance for one driver (over 25 years, clean UK driving licence), VAT, AA cover in the UK and unlimited mileage.
*For rentals over Christmas & New Year this is our minimum charge. |
Peak Season Booking
Advance bookings can only be taken for periods of a week or more for hire during the peak season, ie during the following school holiday & summer dates:

Booking Deposits
To reserve a camper for a week we require a non-refundable booking deposit of 33% with the balance payable six weeks prior to the hire start date.
To reserve a camper for two weeks we require a non-refundable booking deposit of 25% with the balance payable six weeks prior to the hire start date.
We regret that booking deposits are non-refundable and non transferable, so we advise that holiday insurance is taken out to cover your booking. |

These prices include UK insurance for one driver (over 25 years of age), UK AA recovery service, VAT & unlimited mileage.
*We regret we cannot take advance bookings for long weekend/ short term hire during the peak season (mid July to mid September) when camper hire becomes more like holiday letting than car hire! However, you are always welcome to check weekend availability 7 days in advance during this time.
** £500 is charged for Easter & Bank Holiday weekends.
