Despite our name, the Volkswagen camper vans we offer for sale are all 2004 or younger so they drive at very respectable speeds for their type (max 60mph).

snailtrail.co.uk offers young classic VW campers and vintage caravans for sale. Our campers and caravans are also available for media hire and photo shoots.

snailtrail.co.uk is a small and friendly company lead by Lucy and Steven Lord. Steven has over 25 years experience of car and van hire and sales - but his heart lies with VW campers, and so snailtrail came about. He sources the campers and makes sure they are in excellent condition before they are offered for sale. Having worked with these campers for some years he is knowledgeable about them and is happy to advise you on which camper is best for you. Lucy is always on the look out for the cutest classic caravans she can find - because of the caravans' age they are often in need of tender loving care when they arrive at snailtrail, and Lucy oversees their transformation into the sparkling retro lovelies you see on the Snails for Sale page.
